Growing up in the funeral industry, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by both funeral vendors and homes. My father ran a casket distribution business, and I spent years learning the ins and outs of logistics and operations. I saw the ups and downs of the industry—the pressure on margins, the unpredictability of demand, and the struggle to maintain strong supplier relationships in a changing market.
Over time, I watched other industries adopt technology to streamline procurement, improve margins, and create more efficient supply chains. Yet, the funeral industry remained largely unchanged, leaving businesses vulnerable to inefficiencies and rising costs.
That's why I founded Vault Funeral—to modernize funeral procurement and create a seamless, digital marketplace that helps both funeral homes and suppliers operate more efficiently and profitably, no matter the challenges of the industry.
